Overview

Ipsos iSay

Ipsos iSay is an online 'survey for rewards' platform, handled by its parent Ipsos, a market research company based out of Paris, France. The team was tasked with researching and ideating to develop a new version of the survey platform. Incorporating gamification in the user flow, and interface elements which enable user retention were the primary aim of the whole design process. The team informed its design process through a thorough process of competitor research and analysis of the current product. The final culmination of the complete project was a new and revamped user dashboard where users can browse surveys, armed with more information than before. The final output designed by the team would be tested on Ipsos's own platform to validate the design recommendations. The next steps proposed by the team were to translate the designs onto a mobile-web version of the platform.
